2x150 in 19 low/mid , 500 in 1:15 & a 300 in 41. All done in spikes then CT was plyos & jogging. Lifted yesterday so body felt sluggish/heavy kind of shaked it out in the 150 but still felt very sore. What can I run for 800 ?
