Yesterday I did 16x200m with each being in the 32-35sec range with a 200 jog recovery with the last 2 in 29sec.
Previous pr is 4:52 from last year and I have been running much higher mileage since. What 1600m time would this indicate?

I've done 3 sets of 10x200 with 45 sec rest in between & 2 between sets. Hit about 34-30 closed last in 29 too. It was a base workout & so far i've ran 4:33 1500m & 2:08 800
