It's my very first track season and so far I have run 1:01 400m, 2:13 800m, 4:56 1600m, and a 10:46 3200m. I only ran an 18:10 5k during X-C season, though but I feel like I am in much better shape now.

Why do you care? I'm assuming you are in high school so you aren't going to be running any 5ks during track season. But if you insist, then yes I imagine you can probably run sub 18.
