I ran a 16:25 last xc season and my mile is somewhere in the 4:30's. Last Thursday I ran 12x400m with 1min recovery and each one was around 70, 71 and a few in 60's. What's a realistic time? 9:50 maybe?

9:50 is a very good estimation based on your CC time and mile time.
