I take 30mg of vyvanse for adhd, but I usually don't take it on weekends if I don't have any work to do. I take it around 7:30 AM and it starts to wear off around 6ish I think, so at practice I am still on it (~4 pm).
My question is if I have a race on the weekend should I take the vyvanse even though otherwise I would not? Sometimes when I don't take it I feel a little more tired than normal but its not that noticeable and sometimes I feel completely fine.
Also if I have a weekday race after school (common during track season), but my race is later at night (~8 pm or so) what should I do? I have some small 5 mg adderall instant releases that I take on occasion when I have a lot of homework and the vyvanse has worn off. Would taking one of these at the end of the school day be beneficial?
It might make no difference at all but I was just curious if anyone else has similar experiences.
(also please don't shit on me because "adhd isn't real". idc what you think and I'm not going to stop taking it because it has improved my life by a lot)
