November - December I've been running 50 - 60 miles per week. January - till now I've been running 25 - 35 miles per week. I now want to focus on the 3,200m run, but what my plan is to run 35 miles week 1, 40 miles week 2, 45 miles on week 3. What tips can you give me on improving my 3,200m run. My coach said that if I broke the 5 minute barrier he was gonna put me on the 2 mile because I made a deal with him, so any tips for the 3,200m.
