I haven't been able to download my workouts onto my Garmin Connect since August. Not sure what's going on. It says that my Garmin is up to date and when I put in the Ant device into my computer, it says its connected but does not sync...what gives?

Can you be more specific with what device(s) you are using and how you are trying to connect (phone app via bluetooth vs usb port, etc).
When you are on the Garmin Connect website do you select "send to device" or whatever it says? You have to send it to your device. Then once you plug your watch up it will sync next time.
The model is a 405CX. I put the Ant stick into the computer and it usually picks up the Garmin. I've gone to the connect site and tried syncing from there. It starts as if it's syncing but after a little while, it will say..."There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect". I did recently moved so I don't know if I have to change my address in the site or maybe it doesn't recognize where it's coming from? But then again I have tried to sync before I moved so its probably not that...
Btw, thank you and the other poster for taking interest. It's been little frustrating not to be able to download my runs the last 6 months...
Usually i have to open up the Garmin app in order for it to sync
Not sure if this makes sense for your Garmin w.atch but I run the "Garmin Connect" app on my laptop. This takes the data downloaded from the watch (via the ANT usb doohickey) and uploads it to Garmin Connect.
I have the app on my laptop computer and that's how I open it. Do I need to try it on my phone?
