Ok so I'm in the middle of marathon training. Experienced some major tightness in knee cap. Went to chiropractor and he said my quads are way too tight and that's tugging on my knee. So I've been doing some major stretching, time off this week, and the pain has subsided. Hoping to do something longer this weekend. I guess my question is this going to really hurt my marathon? I'm 11 weeks in. I did get 10 quality weeks in of 50plus miles. Seven weeks til Boston!
