20x200 with descending rest so that means:
5x200 w/ 1 minute rest
5x200 w/ 0:45 rest
5x200 w/ 0:30 rest
5x200 w/ 0:15 rest
We started doing this workout in December and currently do it every 2 weeks (every 2 weeks in XC as well). It's supposed to be fast. What's the purpose of this workout? Is this simply a pointless workout for the 3200-5k?
