I am registered for a marathon the first weekend in May. I have been running around 30 miles a week for a few months. I have upped my long runs to consistently over 10 but my overall mileage doesn't reflect it because of missed runs (work, sick, etc...)
I know that I do most of my runs too fast. This past Friday I ran a half-marathon by myself. I was really just loping along but had some issues with my left calf in the last two miles. I didn't have any water enroute. The strava link is below.
