In XC i ran 1700 halfway through the season and ended poorly. Im a junior currently, and with not much time left, track is almost here. Ive been running all winter since the middle of November, but had a few hiccups and now have been running strong for a while and im up to 40 miles a week and am continuing to build on 6 days a week of training. My freshman 3200 pr was 1120 and my sophomore pr was 1034 with a 450 mile. What should i do these last 8-12 weeks to ensure i have a great season through june and accel at the 3200. Is sub 10 realistic? I think so. Just wondering at this point what i should do for peak performance come march through june
