I have a marathon in 14 weeks. I am currently at 65 mpw, 5'11", 155 (~10 lbs over race weight). I ran 1:13 mid for a half marathon today.
I plan to increase mileage to 80ish and lose the 10 lbs. Would 5:50 pace be realistic for a marathon? It seems like it to me, but I don't want to bonk.
