Coming back from 2 months off running and racing due to tibialis anterior issues - stationary biked every day at 100+ RPMs (boring) to maintain some cardiovascular fitness, that being said:
Prior to injury was running 60-70 mpw - what mpw should I return to this week now that my ankle is feeling better and I haven't been completely sedentary?
Don't want to risk re-injury or overtrain, but I'm anxious to get up to 80-90 mpw as soon as possible, as that was what I was working towards (prior to injury) for training for Grandma's Marathon in June.
