I did a workout today of 3x800, 1600m, 3x400, and 2x200. Tomorrow is my recovery day and i have no idea what is considered recovery pace or is it just an easy day or is it faster. I plan to go for a 5-6 mile run.

easy pace or a little slower if you're super tired
Run at a conversational pace.
If you can run your normal easy pace like a normal day, do it. If you're a bit tired then run at the back end of your E pace. If you weak as shit and just terrible then go by how you feel @ a pace where you can hold a convo

If it does not feel painfully slow, then it is too fast. Also
you're whats wrong with running. Do us all a favor and quit unless your recovery runs are 5:30 pace
