It's almost time for competing in outdoor. But I feel like I'm not getting any good mileage in. I'm getting maybe 3-4 during practice and it sucks. we start practice at 4 when we should be starting practice at like 3:45 but the coach is late like everyday. Then we run and I come back like 10 minutes late because I did an extra loop and we're supposed to do 30 minutes of core. And when I talk to the distance coach about how I'm not feeling like I'm building the necessary endurance he just waves me off and tells me "it's not like cross where you go on 6 mile runs everyday." I know that but I lack a lot of endurance. My point is I have no idea how to talk to the coach about this. I have to get my point across
