hello guys, could you help me. I am thinking about buying Lunarglide 7(because I overpronate a bit but lunarglide 8 attract a lot of pebbles due to its sole) or Asics gel noosa tri 11/10 which I think are also fine for running 10-20 km every 2-4 days. The previous ones I had were Asics gt 3000 3 which lasted 6 months and were torn in the area of the heel. Also, what about the sizing, does anyone know if it is the same there?
I agree with the previous response, if your previous shoes were good, you can just buy the new ones from the same brand :)) As I know Asics is a good brand in this case, also personally I adore Nike models, they're very comfortable and can be used for a long time :)
For example, I have a pair from these series and I've never had problems with running in them even in case of my flat feet :)
