So my upper right calf is a bit sore today but my left one doesn't. I did some calf raises after my run last Wednesday, an easy day Thursday, hill repeats Friday, a long run Saturday, and an easy run yesterday. I knew going into those hill repeats my legs would be a little sore, same for my long run. A little bit past half way on my long run my right calf cramped up a little. I stretched for a sec and then kept going. Yesterday it was a little sore but I got going and I was just fine. It's still a little sore today when I walk. I've iced and wrapped it. Should I try to run today? I think I'll be fine once I get going but I don't want to prolong the pain... Any experience?
