The answer will depend on the individual...I get that. Would a FT dominant runner benefit more from Top down or Bottom up approach in the specific phase when targeting this double? This plan would be based on a 5k build-up and peak but I would like to some good 1500's on the way. On one hand, I am lacking endurance which is why I am training specifically for the 5k and on the other side, I would like to run well in the 1500. Which approach would have more benefit?
