I run twice on days with workout. I do strength training with weights on tuesday morning. My goal is to run 4:05 this summer.
There isn't much to critique. You hit all of the checkboxes. Appropriate mileage, long run, pace workout, long(ish) repeats, and a tempo run.
Maybe swap out the mile repeats for something shorter like repeat 700s at 800m goal time (goal TIME, not goal pace).
Add some variety to the speedier stuff, if you aren't already. Try 300-500-300 x 2 at goal mile pace followed by 150-300-150 at goal 800m pace (short, but brutal). Obviously, quarter repeats at goal mile pace are always good too.
Other than that - get to your optimum weight, sleep lots, eat healthily, stretch, blah blah blah. You already know what to do. Go do it!
