My 800m PR is 2:15 (34 sec per lap).
What can I run 1500m/mile?

Absolutely not true. As Freshman I ran 2:05, with a mile PR of around 5:30 at the time. Depends on the person (fast twitch v. slow twitch predominant, aerobic base, etc)
About 5 minutes. Also depends on what kind of runner you are though and what kind of training you've done
I'd say 4:50-5:15 for 1600. Closer to 4:50 if you're the distance type and closer to 5:15 if you're the strength type. I'm assuming that you train like a distance runner, not like a sprinter.

2-05 is not exactly fast twitch unless you are lazy. Linford Christie did sub 2
5K PR 17:26
That was my first 800m race. I don't train for 800m. What training can take me to 2:10?

That's good endurance for a 2:15 guy and you're probably right at 4:59. Don't waste time on the 800, it's not your forte.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
