Hello all,
I am a junior currently training to run the mile. Right now my P.R. is 4:21. I want to run a 4:20 by the end of the season. I am so close to my goal but can't seem to get past that barrier as I have run 4:21 three races in a row. I am wondering if there is something that can help me get a slight edge that will help me run a bit faster. Help me Letsrun, I will not stop until I reach my goal.
