I want to qualify for states in my last meet for the mile. I need a 4:42 mile. My last mile I ran was a 4:58 (my PR) about 10 days ago. Since then I've done a good amount of workouts and raced in a 4x800 (I got a 2:10). So I have a meet next week where I'll be running the two mile, and then the week after that on Thursday is the mile. Reading this over now I'm realizing 4:42 is most likely impossible, but how low do you guys think I can get? Thanks
