Resolution: I make resolutions in life and running. My running resolution: Work more on mobility drills and yoga when I can, to help combat years of mileage-induced stiffness.
Life resolution: Drive better (Not sure how to actually do this. Any tips? Driver’s ed seemed to only take me so far.)

Overrated and pop running culture thing. Some of the positions are good, and the meditative aspect of it is very good (reduces cortisol, raises test and gh). If going to a yoga class results in you getting laid, this is also very beneficial.
I sell our products to a lot of yoga stores. The chicks are all cute and cool that run the places .. and it def can help. Core core core
Yoga is not one thing, so it's hard to pin down the benefits. But if you pick a vigorous practice like Ashtanga then it's a good core workout. Really easy to get hurt though. It took me years of practice to learn when to ignore the instructor. If cross-training is all you want, you could get similar running benefit with less injury risk by working out at home: stretching, ab work, body weight circuit. But yoga is more than that.
I've done a "Yoga for Athletes" class for the past few years that focuses on core and flexibility for runners and cyclist. Minimal legs strength exercises and lots of flexibility exercises in the hips, IT bands, calfs, and hamstrings. If you can find something like this I think it compliments running well.
