With the cold weather I've been stuck using my old treadmill. However the damn the thing is broken and is stuck on 2% incline. Not a big deal but I'd at least like to know my "flat ground" pace since that's what I usually run on. Any equations or formulas to figure this out, or even just a rule-of-thumb. For example, tonight I did a 7.6 mile run in 55:00, which equates to 7.14 pace, with the 2% incline I climbed about 798 ft. What would the pace be when adjusted for elevation?
