Does anyone know what the recruiting times for distance are around(roughly?) Would sub 4:20/sub 9:20 be enough to get help with admission? I have strong academics/ECs, but not sure if it would be enough alone.

My recent experience is YES the USNA & USAFA would be very interested in a sub 4:20 / sub 9:20 that meets or gets close to meeting all the other admission requirements. Their level of interest MAY allow for them to help with admission. Email the event coaches.
USMA as well, USNA won't get back to you. USMA/USAFA will give you a quick response, Al doesn't recruit at USNA.
The USNA will be interested.
andor call Dave Larish at 410-293-5570. He is their recruiter. I actually spoke to him today. I would email him today and follow up with a call late next week.
