Always seem to get lower leg injuries after racing in spikes, especially in track. I race in the Nike Victory 2s, and will use the cross country version for mile and up. I think the track version doesn't provide enough cushioning for me, and I want a spike that would simulate how the Launch helps me roll off my forefoot. I'm okay with either a track or xc spike, but if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them. Going to be running mostly 800s and miles in track, but would much prefer a spike that keeps me healthy over something that would be fastest in the short term.
