I agree. Paul has done a good job with limited resources. I also agree with a previous post about Florida winning NCAA championships without distance points, so why invest resources.
Remember, this is about the women as well. They have previously invested in talent on that side and got a good return in points.
A few years ago UF spent money on the South African kid. He was valuable on the conference and national levels, but got in trouble.
The Gators invest in the throws and for good reason.
It's not an easy job. High expectations and high visibility, at least in the college track world.
