It's not just you. Seems like they've been sliding down a sleep slope to me.
They have a good interview now and then. I miss Running Times.

I would also suggest reading Alex Hutchinson's blog.
IMO RW has become a "lifestyle" magazine--similar to Rolling Stone not having much to do with music anymore.

Pretty much. Outside of Bart Yasso, the writers are poor.
They had pretty good coverage of the Trials and the Olympics this summer.
I actually really like their podcast (they have a main one, and an offshoot called Human Race). I probably pretty much only use the podcast actually, instead of the site, except for when I wanted to look up shoe comparisons.
