So i had jumper's knee for about 2months now and the left patellar tendon is swollen, still is now. But one weird thing is that the pain in the tendon comes and goes very fast. I find that whenever the pain goes off for a few days and i try to get back to light jogging, it will hurt the next day where as there is no pain before, during or after jogging on that day itself and i usually would ice it 1-2 times after jogging. So i am just confused whether should i continue the activity or just keep at doing my physio accompanied with brisk walking.
My question is that should i wait til my swelling goes off, which i am not even sure if it will go off since it been 2 months++. Also, should i use my knee brace? I heard that it doesn't provide much use at all...
