Just got in from what has to be my best run in 3 or 4 years! From the first step it simply felt right- I felt strong, fast, and capable. My stride felt natural and nothing hurt. The whole way I felt like I was actually moving as opposed to being in a slog during which my knee or something else might give at any minute. I hope I do not pay for this too badly tomorrow.
