Hi all I Know this is a running forum but I currently have a tibial stress reaction and am cross training on bike. My question is Ive been biking alot and I almost never feel any cardio. I always feel my legs getting tired and not my cardio. Only time i feel remote cardio is on exercise bike doing intervals but even still I feel legs more than cardio. Any workout ideas or tips to work cardio and not legs. I feel like I already hit my legs enough with squats and am looking for a cross training cardio idea. Also as an fyi I cant train on an ellipitical so thats not an option although I have been swimming every day on top of biking which has been helping me get in some cardio. Thanks
