I'm really tempted to, she's super cute and I've seen her around so often. Bad idea?

Talk to her in real life. Do NOT message her before you've talked to her in real life.
I'd ask jamin's advice - then do the opposite.
Just Donald Trump her.

That was the plan but some form of communication has to be established first mate
To message or not to message, that is the question.
I think, therefore I message.
Is it worse to fail at messaging, or to never attempt to message in the first place?
To what extent do you message your own destiny, and how much is it determined by fate?
How much control do you have over your own message?
Get outta here Shakespeare

The Answer: You are sub-20 (years of age) so it simply does not matter what you do. It will not lead to any lasting bonds, no matter your course of action. Nothing will come of it that you care about after you've graduated from high school/college/Pizza Hut.
So do whatever the hell you do or do not want to do.
It is creepy but it happens all the time. I can't imagine a way it could work unless there is some real life connection to use as your opening for communication.
I met my wife this way so I would say go for it, you never know!
Nothing creepy about it. What are you supposed to do, wait until you see this person in real life again?
Almost anything guys do these days can be interpreted as creepy. Your message probably will be squirrelled away in the part of Facebook messenger that does not notify you of messages from non-friends and never be read.
But you might be surprised at how many random messages that attractive women receive on Facebook. Actually talk to one about it and you will understand.

YES
It's not ideal because most attractive women get messages all the time, but if think you may not get a good chance to introduce yourself in person, then you gotta go for it. FB message is better than nothing. Just be straight forward and tell her you've seen her around and if she'd ever be interested you'd love to get a cup of coffee.
I did it once with a gal who had a bunch of mutual friends (but none were real life actual friends), and we ended up hitting it off and having a brief, albeit intense, fling despite her living several thousand miles away.
I did after she ran a storming marathon for my club - hadn't met at the time. She thought I was an old coach and this was backed up by my strava profile mostly being slow jogs.
Long story short - we ended up meeting, she realised I wasn't a crusty old coach (acutally younger than her) and was actually pretty quick.
Ended up as a couple. I'm proposing next month with a 99% chance she says yes.
Give it a shot.
talk to her first. messaging her on FB is creepy.[quote]Speaker wrote:
