Hey whats up all? I'll be running Boston in 2017 pretty excited about the race.. It took me 3 tries to BQ my last race was a huge PR w/ a low 3:06. Which has me wondering what sort of time goal I should get for Boston? This could very well be my last full marathon. Was thinking of throwing it all on the line and going for sub 3.. Pending weather etc.
What would be the best training plan out there for Boston? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
