@pewow - Good to be able to reel in the pace in session takes fair bit of self control hope the PF clears up soon.
@Niceguy - Solid week and glad to hear the body held up well its a fine balance between running on fatigued legs and over training just make sure you listen to the body closely.
@slotwitch - Very solid week looks like you are well on course with taper. The hardest part is over now time to make sure the legs are in as good a nick as possible for race day.
