Sounds like nothing there. Why does he keep fainting though? I'm sure he's had his heart evaluated extensively, but that's the 3rd instance of that happening that we know of.
Pain meds (opiates) can cause fainting (syncope). Pain meds can let you run through the hurt.

He's got permission. That's why he's never testing positive.
He only is seen with Jama Aden because Jama is the only one that knows how to operate a stopwatch for an elite runner.
