Total - 48, all on trail
After getting a PR off of Pfitz's 18/70 plan a year ago, I am just trying to regain a mileage base after a long layoff due to, well, life. Marathon in 12 weeks so we'll see if I can incorporate some aspects of Pfitz, hopefully starting soon. Time goals will be determined as we go!
