I'm a 25 year old male x-NCAA athlete and I'm beginning to worry about my low heart rate. I'm not sure how low I go during sleep but there are times where I am awake in the middle of the day (sitting down) where my pulse is 38-42 range. When I wake up in the morning I have been as low as 31-32 laying down using a pulse oximeter and hand timing to double check. I'm no longer in racing form but I'm not out of shape either. Is anyone else around these numbers without symptoms? Anyone been around a long time with a low heart rate and no complications? Thanks for any input you guys have.
