Flat road 10k Saturday morning at 4000'.
7-hour drive Saturday, 1/2-hour drive Sunday morning.
Hilly trail 10k Sunday morning at 9000'.
11-hour drive Sunday, 2.5-hour drive Monday morning.
Trail/road 10k Monday morning at 6000'.
(And a 9-hour drive Monday.)
I ran a track 10000 in 34:00 a couple months ago but I'm in better shape now.
I live at (basically) sea level.
The good news is, I've run at least 10 miles every day this year so I'm used to running/racing with no easy/off days or taper.
The bad news is, I'm still running 10 miles every day, so I won't have any rest days before this weekend.
Predictions?
