High school senior at 45 miles and building this summer. Ran 5x1000 and split 3:11 3:10 3:10 3:10 3:06. The first 500 meters were on a pretty hilly gravel path and the second half was ran on a flat field. The route was measured by my coach with a wheel so it's pretty accurate.
Anyways. I ran 9:25 in track last year and I'm going out for cross this year for the first time... Is this workout an indication for what 5k shape I'm in right now and if so what shape would I be in?
