Is this normal? My triceps also got wrecked from this. Seems like more of a full body workout vs barbell squat which doesn't wreck my upper back or triceps because the weight just sits on your shoulders.
With the dumbbells I can't blast my legs as hard but my whole body is worked and I get totally exhausted after doing these.
Anyone have the same experience?
For the record I do dumbbell squats because I don't have a squat rack at home where I lift
