Currently training for a Sept 3rd marathon. Goal is 3:05. I'm 34 - seasoned runner, though this will be my first marathon.
Due to travel schedule, I'm not able to race a Half as called for in week 7 of my training plan. I'm currently in week 4 of 14.
The only other week I think would be feasible to swap is week 10. This would be one week before my last 20 miler and 3 week taper. Am I okay? Is this too late?
