Can anyone help me devise a summer training program for myself for cross country. I'm going to start at about 20-25 miles in week 1 (was doing 20 during track).
And I've been looking for a good lifting program for cross country but have come up empty handed everywhere I have looked, anyone know where I could find one? I really want to prevent injury this season.
