Mo Ahmed really surprised, Ruth Jebet was tremendous and so was Keni Harrison.
He'll probably be fine in 5 weeks but Ryan Hill surprised me negatively.

Impressed by Sitanik in the 10000. Also impressed by the W 3000 SC in general. Boris looked pretty good out there. Jenny Simpson and Emma Coburn looked good.
Was hoping for more out of Hunter and Slag and Tamagno. Derrick not looking great either. Alexa Efraimson, although undoubtedly a good race, nothing special when she's run 4:04 already this season. Fernandez a disappointment.

Good to see Berian not letting this Nike stuff get between his ears.
Is a 4:00.x Leo the Bad Leo or the Good Leo these days?

Winners-
Kendra Harrison (#2 all-time!)
Ruth Jebet (#2 all-time!)
Emma Coburn (the best American distance runner right now, a modelsque beauty, and few talk about her)
English Gardner (10.81 legal! and nobody is talking about it)
Tori Bowie (could be the biggest clean American star we've had since Michael Johnson. She could win the Jesse Owens 4 in Rio, it's possible)
Faith Kipyegon (second consecutive national record and US soil record)
Losers
Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce (looked awful in her season debut)
Sanya Richards Ross (finished)
Carmelita Jeter (see Richards Ross)
The loser who tripped 40 year old Lagat and the officials that didn't DQ him
Mahkloufi
NBC, for not recognizing the potential stardom of Bowie
Randall Cunningham's daughter (had the hype, but flopped today)

Two sub 4s and a 4:01 in the same meet? That's almost astonishing, and any other year it would be!

Professional high jumpers haven't done the western roll for quite a while now, so I'm not sure why you're surprised.

I liked that very much. Thank you.
POD in my eyes.
Biggest winner = Alan Webb
Biggest loser = sanya Richards. Everyone is sick of her.
Sadly, add Chris Derrick and Andrew Wheating to the loser list

Roger the comments on Coburn, who is all but ignored by NBC during the race. She should be raking in the bucks with endorsements if someone would notice her. Should be cover girl for Sports Illustrated.
Coburn's AR was treated almost as an aside after the race until they interviewed her. One wouldn't have known that she was on AR pace as the announcers were too busy focusing on the others. I'm not even sure they noted that the leaders were close to the WR until the end of the race.
Al Sal was a big loser today. Rupp and Centro couldn't run, Shannon looked off her game. Mo was fine as usual but whatever.
Emma Coburn AR! Molly Huddle and Eric Jenkins bettered their previous position on the Rio Q time list.
Men's races in general were VERY underwhelming. The 5000 was slow from the start.
Women's races were by far faster and more interesting.
I'm just going to chalk it up to a Olympic year.
Anyone know why Centro scratched?
Deep analysis. "But whatever" leaves us with much to consider. Thank you for your valuable contribution. I'm guessing that you're a Trump supporter.
Hassan Mead looked very good until the last 200. 13:04 is still pretty sporty. I like his chances in a tactical race in Rio.

Shouldn't Levins also be on the loser list. I think that he closed the last 5000m of his 10000m faster last year.
He had a very quick and sudden drop in performance in June last year. Went from phenomenal to very average. What happened in June 2015 to cause that?

I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
