Seems like out of the long time coach pool there are 2 types. The successful long time coach and the long time coach.
The successful long time coach loves coaching, and wins year after year. Then there are long time coaches who have managed to stick around and do nothing. They may have had some successes but those are few and far between.
In track the numbers don't lie. It's obvious how the first coach stays employed but how does the long time coach maintain a job basically doing nothing?
