Hey all,
Hoping to get a 400/800 range prediction. Did 8x200 with 2 min rest (200 jog + standing). 39,39,39,33,34,33,32,25. Running very little (Fluctuating between 0-15 mpw).
Aimed to do the first three at estimated current mile pace, next four at estimated current 800 pace, last one close to all out.
I understand this isn't a good predictor workout, just curious as to a general idea of what kind of shape I'm in.
For context, although idk if it is necessary, former 1:57 runner who has barely run in the last 8 months or so.
