What kind of hills? How long were they, how fast did you take them in, what was your rest between each hill, how steep were they? All that information factors into what kind of session it was (speed, strength, full recovery, etc) and therefore how good that session was for this time of year because at this time of year there are certain types of training that needs to be done and certain types that are not needed yet.
Also we would need to know your past couple weeks and your overall running ability too, in order to gauge any improvement in your mileage or if you are capable of more mileage (based on times and your past training history) or if you are overtraining (based on times and your past training history).

Very good. Keep at it. You'll PR soon.
How are we supposed to know whether this is good or not? More deets please
either 0/10 or 10/10 depending on pacing. need more details. can't wait for them to arrive.
