I recently PR'd in a 5k by almost 60 secs, should I be resetting my paces on my easy runs, tempo runs, long runs, and speedwork?
Example would be if my easy run before that for the last two months was at an 8:30 mile pace, im safe for run it easy at 8:10 mile pace so long as it still feels easy? I run my recovery runs by feel all the time every time.
