The Greater Boston Track Club is hiring a sprint and field coach. We know this isn't exactly the right place to find that, but hopefully this gets circulated sufficiently. If anyone has any suggestions for other places to post this we're open to that as well.

Job Description & Expectations
The primary responsibilities of this position will be to:
provide a long term plan and workouts for sprinters and jumpers, attend and administer two workouts per week between September and July, attend meets that have been chosen as focal points of the season, and distribute discretionary funding to maximize club performance. Sprint Coach will report to the Head Coach and work closely with all other coaches to develop an indoor and outdoor track schedule, culminating in championship meets.
Additionally, the Sprint Coach will be expected to perform administrative duties associated with meet entry, provide weekly recaps to social media coordinator throughout the competition season, act as an ambassador for the club in interactions with college coaches and athletes in order to develop and maintain recruiting relationships, and contribute expertise to other club activities as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
Preferred qualification: USATF Coaching Certification
Coach will serve at the discretion of the Board of Directors
