You want workouts for during race week when you're peaking? The answer to that would be you shouldn't be stressing your body within 9 days of your main race.
Coming from a distance guy that coaches distance and sprints the rest in these above workouts is to short for the end of the season. Sprinters need complete recovery at this point. aka 8-10 minutes. The workouts able are close to what i would have my sprinters doing in the middle of the season just before starting the peak phase. What have you been doing up to this point in training?
