Ooh, maybe one of the plot lines revolves around their learning how to spell "millennial."
Looks like they rounded up a bunch of wannabee actors or internet personalities on the millennial side to hype the stereotype and a bunch of normal gen-xer's. Good skewing for TV.

Survivor is a stupid show about who gets voted out of the "tribe" not about survival.
Leave them all on a desert island and come back after 6 months, that might be interesting.
Millennials won't have the internet to tell them what to do.
If Survivor was actually about survival, it would not have lasted as many seasons as it has. Hatch creating alliances in season 1 changed the whole game.
